Wade Sheppard is the Executive Project Manager at Hillview Custom Renovations and the driving force behind the company’s commitment to quality craftsmanship. With decades of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling, he brings deep expertise in sequencing complex renovations, coordinating skilled trades, and maintaining rigorous standards from demolition through final walkthrough. Passionate about creating timeless living spaces, Wade leads each project with a keen eye for detail and a focus on building homes that feel warm, elegant, and comfortable for everyday family life.
Tracie Sheppard
President, Head of Design
Tracie Sheppard is the President of Hillview Custom Renovations and a hands-on leader who believes great renovations start with trust and clear communication. With over two decades of experience leading complex projects, an MBA from the University of Denver, and her role as an Adjunct Professor at DU’s Burns School of Construction & Real Estate Management, she brings structure, creativity, and clarity to every home. Known for blending functionality with refined, contemporary design, Tracie is passionate about creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical, and as a mom of two, she is insistent on creating spaces that are designed for real life.
